Introduction

Dezor Player Pro respects the intellectual property rights of all creators and rights holders, and we expect all users of our services to do the same. This page describes our policy on copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and explains how to submit a valid copyright complaint.

Important Notice: Dezor Player Pro is a media player application. We do not host, store, serve, or distribute any video content, live streams, channels, movies, or series. If you believe content delivered through a third-party IPTV provider is infringing your copyright, you must contact that provider directly. We can only act on DMCA notices that concern material actually hosted on dezorplayer.com.

1. Copyright Infringement Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously and respond promptly to valid complaints. Upon receiving a properly formatted DMCA notice identifying specific infringing material that is hosted on our servers or displayed on our website, we will:

  • Promptly review and evaluate the complaint for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where it falls within our control
  • Notify the relevant party of the removal where required or appropriate
  • Maintain records of all valid DMCA notices received, in compliance with applicable law
  • Take appropriate action against users who are repeat copyright infringers

2. How to File a DMCA Complaint

If you believe in good faith that material on https://dezorplayer.com directly infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated DMCA Agent:

DMCA notices must be submitted in writing by email. We do not accept notices by telephone or through social media channels.

3. Required Information

To be considered valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your DMCA notice must contain all of the following elements:

  1. Physical or electronic signature — A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly being infringed
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable
  3. Identification of the infringing material — The specific URL(s) on dezorplayer.com where the allegedly infringing material is located, with enough detail to allow us to locate the material
  4. Your contact information — Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  5. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Notices that are incomplete or missing any required element will not be acted upon until all information is provided.

4. Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will follow this procedure:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of the notice within 5 business days
  2. Review the notice against content hosted on dezorplayer.com
  3. Remove or restrict access to qualifying infringing content that falls within our control
  4. Inform the relevant content provider (if applicable) that their material has been removed and the reason
  5. Provide information about the counter-notification process if the removal is disputed

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed from our Site in error — for example, due to mistaken identity or a misidentification — you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its original location on dezorplayer.com before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not initiate a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and our own policies, Dezor Player Pro will terminate the accounts of users who are identified as repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

7. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice may expose you to significant civil liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees. Please ensure that your complaint is accurate and submitted in good faith before proceeding.
