Introduction

At Dezor Player Pro, we take pride in our service and want every customer to have a positive experience. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are available, what is not covered, and how to submit a refund request.

By purchasing any subscription or service from Dezor Player Pro, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • You experienced a verified technical issue with our service that our support team was unable to resolve within 72 hours of your initial support request
  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period (duplicate charge)
  • You were charged after formally canceling your subscription and can provide documentation confirming the cancellation date
  • The service was entirely inaccessible or non-functional from the moment of purchase due to a fault on our side, and no resolution was provided

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service
  • You found a lower-priced alternative after your purchase
  • You were unable to use the service due to your own device limitations, internet connection quality, or incompatible hardware
  • Issues are caused by your third-party IPTV content provider rather than by Dezor Player Pro itself
  • You used a free trial period prior to subscription commencement
  • More than 7 days have passed since the original purchase date
  • A subscription has been renewed and the new billing period has begun
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions

Reminder: Dezor Player Pro is a media player application only. We do not provide IPTV content, channels, movies, or live streams. If your IPTV content provider is not functioning correctly, that falls outside the scope of our refund policy. Please contact your content provider directly for such issues.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us at dezorplayer@contact.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your purchase
  • Your order or transaction reference number
  • The exact date of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue and what troubleshooting steps you have already attempted
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation

Incomplete requests may be delayed or declined. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing any refund. Using the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]” will help us process your case faster.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at time of purchase
  • We are not responsible for delays on the part of your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been submitted on our end

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, we encourage you to contact us again at dezorplayer@contact.com to discuss your case further. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to close accounts that repeatedly abuse the refund process or submit fraudulent claims.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
